PRE-ORDER AND PRE-SALE


Pre-order or pre-sale items have an estimated shipping time of up to 6 weeks from the order date. This extended timeframe is due to the production and preparation necessary to ensure the highest quality for our customers.


We will keep you updated on the status of your pre-order or pre-sale items via email. Once your item is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.


Deep Blue is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Deep Blue will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
